In brief: PlanHub is a software platform for architecture, urban planning, surveying and engineering offices, provided by BELETAGE S.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The trial lasts 14 days and does not require a card. Customer data remains under the customer's control and can be exported from the application.

2. The service

PlanHub combines project stages, documents, approvals, registry, cadastral maps, qualified electronic signing, Romanian e-Factura and business finance tools in one multi-tenant platform.

5. Bank account information

Bank connectivity is read-only. The customer authorises access in the bank's own interface and chooses the company and accounts to share. PlanHub may read account identity, balances and transactions for reconciliation, but cannot initiate payments or move funds. Availability depends on the bank and on a fully activated Enable Banking production agreement.

6. Qualified electronic signatures

Documents are signed with each user's qualified certificate through the PlanHub Semnare desktop application. PlanHub coordinates document placement and workflow. The certificate, private key, PIN and decision to sign remain under the user's control, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 910/2014. PlanHub does not store the PIN and cannot sign on the user's behalf.

7. Acceptable use

Customers must not use PlanHub for unlawful activity, attempt to access another organisation's data, bypass plan limits, disrupt the service, or resell access without written permission. Clear abuse may result in suspension, with the reason communicated and customer data made available for export where legally possible.

8. Availability and liability

We operate backups and security controls but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and external public or banking systems may cause interruptions. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of their data, professional decisions, issued documents and fiscal obligations.

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
