Deleting your account
Version dated 8 September 2026.
In short: you request deletion inside the app, under Setări (Settings), and it removes everything: the account, projects, documents, invoices, payments and uploaded files. The account that owns the company gets a 7 day grace period and can stop the deletion at any point during it. You can download all your data first, with one button.
1. How to request it
- Sign in at app.planhub.ro;
- go to Setări (Settings), to the account deletion section at the bottom of the page;
- type the word STERGE in the box to confirm, and send the request.
If you can no longer sign in, write to contact@planhub.ro from the address of the account. We confirm the request and carry it out within 30 days at the latest, as the law requires.
2. How long it takes

3. What is deleted
- the account and profile: e-mail address, name, company details;
- projects, documents and uploaded files, including the document archive;
- clients, offers, contracts and signing requests;
- invoices issued and received, invoice series, payments, bank statements and the matches between them;
- the connections to the Romanian tax authority and to the bank, together with their tokens;
- devices registered for notifications.
Files are not left behind: they are removed from file storage together with the database rows, not only the references to them.
4. What stays, and why

Download your data first. Your company's invoices and accounting documents must be kept by you, by law, for years after they are issued. We do not keep them after deletion, precisely because they are yours. In the app, again under Setări, you request the full export: you get an archive with everything we hold about you, and inside it a 00_CITESTE-MA.html file explaining what it contains and what it does not.
5. The mobile apps
Deletion requested from the Android or iPhone app is the same as on the web: it deletes the whole PlanHub account, not just the data on the phone. Uninstalling the app does NOT delete the account.
